Manufacturing Engineer (OJT / Automation / 5 Days / North)

• Basic salary UP$3800 +OT pay

• Working hour: 8:30am – 5:30pm(Mon – Fri)

Job Scope

• Responsible for Setting up, Testing & Commissioning of Industrial Robotic/ Advanced automated machinery
• Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide hands-on technical support during assembly and final testing on the production floor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to achieve manufacturing goals.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to minimize downtime and defects.
• Work closely with technicians on machine assembly & Engineering department for design improvements & BOM.
• Implement quality control measures and work on process improvements to meet or exceed product quality standards
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure that products are designed for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Comprehend both2D and 3D engineering drawings, manage and revise of BOM.
• Implement quality control measures and work on process improvements to meet or exceed product quality standards.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experiences in Industrial Automation
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools will be advantageous
