Shift Schedule

• Day – Day – Night – Night – Off – Off – Sunday Off
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM
• 30-minute Lunch Break
• 30-minute Dinner Break
• Two additional 15-minute rest breaks

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Monitor production quality, output, and efficiency.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide production updates.
• Support assembly and manufacturing activities when required.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate production, equipment, or quality issues.
• Train and guide team members on work processes and operational best practices.
• Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with manpower planning, attendance monitoring, and workforce development.
• Promote workplace safety and maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader or supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, server manufacturing, computer hardware, data centre equipment, or a related high-tech production environment.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting the assembly, testing, or production of electronic products, PCBs, servers, networking equipment, or data centre hardware.
• Knowledge of production monitoring, quality control, and ISO processes.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift or move up to 20kg is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable working rotating shifts.
