Marine Sales Executive (Marine Services / Offshore) - Up to $5500

• Position : Marine Sales Executive (Marine Services / Offshore)
• Location : Few bus stops from Jurong East MRT (company bus provided)
• Working hours : 5.5 days, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm
• Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $5,500 + Petrol fleet card ($500), mobile + 14 days annual leave + Variable Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Waste Management services

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with marine and shipyard customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and follow-up sales.
• Promote marine services and products to clients.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth job execution.
• Prepare sales reports, documentation, and update customer records.
• Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Support business development and identify new sales opportunities.
• Support the undertaking of Ship parts/Ship repair projects with the Operations team to ensure timely implementation, completion, and delivery of projects.
• Monitor and analyse market situation/trend and provide sales forecast to the Top Management and HOD
• Monitor and analyse business performance, industry trends, existing or new regulatory and their impact on business operations and provide regular updates to the Top Management and HOD.
• Plan, organize and execute activities to generate customers' awareness and improves sales demand.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey to collect and analyze customers' feedback for review, propose and implement suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Proactively utilize both old and new contacts to explore business opportunities and expand market share.
• Play a key role in providing expertise/know-how in market & customers to the Operations teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit of sales & marketing reports in a timely manner for management review.
• Ad hoc assignment

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the marine industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholder
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel overseas as required
• Role requires travel to client sites; candidates should be able to commute efficiently
• Knowledge of marine navigation equipment is an advantage
• Experience handling ship owners, ship managers, or shipyards is beneficial
