Material Planner

About the Company

Our client is a global manufacturing company specializing in innovative labeling, printed electronics, functional materials, and product identification solutions. They serve customers across industries such as electronics, healthcare, automotive, and consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor material requirements to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage inventory levels and minimize shortages, excess stock, and obsolete materials.
• Maintain accurate MRP/ERP data, forecasts, and inventory records.
• Prepare inventory and planning reports for management review.
• Support supplier performance, stock audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, inventory control, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
