Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Construction/ Commercial/ Hospitality)

Responsibilities

·               To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors onthe shop drawings/ samples/ method statement and keep all involved partiesupdated of the latest changes.

·               To attend project/technical meeting and resolvesite issues with owner/consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

·               To verify the work done on site is in accordancewith the approved drawings/ specifications/ authority’s requirement and ensuredthat the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

·               Conduct weekly M&E meeting with the M&Esub-contractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure thatthe site supervisors are aware of the work sequence so as to avoid clashes ofsite activities.

·               To resolve site issues withconsultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to theconstruction progress.

·               To ensure that the related documentations areupdated and ready for ISO audit.

·               To cooperate with the safety department andcarry out the assigned duties within the safety framework including permit towork.

·               To coordinate with consultants and contractorsfor combined services/equipment testing so that site is ready for authorities’inspection.
