Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

·      Lead a team of technicalofficers and technicians for facilities management activities.

·     Planand schedule for equipment upkeep and maintenance record including preparing ofreport.

·     Investigate,analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.

·     Carryout any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.

·     Experiencehandling in Pumps and Motors, Aircon system and Mechanical ventilation systemand work well as a team.

·    Upkeep properfiling system for maintenance records.

·    Scheduling forpreventive maintenance works.

·    Managing all typesof maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended.

·    Conduct routineinspection of the premises.

·    Site meeting andliaising with client.

Requirements

·       Relevant University Degree in Mechanical Engineeringand equivalent with 3 years’ experience or relevant Diploma in MechanicalEngineering and equivalent with 6 years’ experience

·       Class3 license holder will be an advantage
