Mechatronics Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage mechatronics, automation and control system activities for project execution.
2. Oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and software control systems.
3. Review technical specifications, drawings and control logic requirements.
4. Support installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
5. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and project teams on technical matters.
6. Monitor project progress, quality and technical performance.
7. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and client requirements.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automation, control systems, semiconductor facilities or engineering projects.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and control system integration.
4. Experience in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
5. Good leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

Work Schedule: The normal working schedule is five days per week, from Monday to Friday. Employees may choose one of the following working hours:

• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
