MEP Quantity Surveyor / Sales Services Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a self-motivated person to support our Business Development (BD) team across South East Asia.

This role offers a strong development pathway within a consultancy-based environment, working closely with our BD and SEA leadership Team. You will be mentored by an experienced regional lead witha strong background in engineering, commercial management, and delivery ofcomplex projects across the region.

You will gain exposure to the full bid lifecycle, from early-stage opportunity tracking through to submission, helpingshape competitive, high-quality tenders.

JOB DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Support strategy, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management across SEA

·      Assisting preparation and coordination of tender submissions, ensuring high-quality and timely bid production

·      Contribute to bid planning and resource allocation

·      Provide contract administration support and assist with tender reviews

·      Review contract documentation and develop technical and commercial tender queries

·      Support cost estimation and commercial analysis for MEP works

·      Prepare and format bid documentation, reports, and presentations

·      Lead Variation and Extension of Time claim identifications and preparations, including submission and negotiation through to conclusion.

·      Maintain and analyse data using Excel and procurement / estimating tools

REQUIREMENTS ANDSKILLS

·      Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Engineering, or relatedfield advantageous but not essential

·      2–5years’ experience in MEP QS / Engineering (consultancy and / or sales-basedexperience preferred but not essential)

·      Exposure to tendering, procurement and commercial functions

·      Experience with various procurement and project management software systems

·      Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with estimating/procurement systems

·      Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipment

·      High attention to detail with strong documentation and presentation skills

·      Experience in contract review and tender query preparation is advantageous

·      Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment is preferred

·      Datacenter project experience is a plus

·      Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
