Mobile Developer (Android / Kotlin)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android apps using Kotlin
• Build responsive UIs with Jetpack Compose and Android frameworks
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Integrate RESTful APIs with backend services
• Participate in Agile processes (sprints, reviews, retrospectives)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise app performance
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated builds, and testing
• Perform unit, UI, and UAT testing
• Enhance app quality through monitoring and iteration
• Document technical designs and implementations

Requirements

• ~2 years of Android (Kotlin) development experience preferred
• Strong Kotlin fundamentals (coroutines, flows, null safety)
• Experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, Flow/LiveData, Navigation)
• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose or modern UI frameworks
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON handling
• Proficient in Git and Agile development practices
• DevOps knowledge is a plus
