Naval Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager (Marine Navigation Systems)

• Position : Naval Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager (Marine Navigation Systems)
• Location : Bulim Dr- Few bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange
• Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm)
• Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $6500 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave.
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Marine Navigation system –MNC

Main responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and manage business activities within assigned markets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver commercial and technical presentations
• Develop and submit sales proposals based on customer requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company targets
• Monitor order progress from contract issuance to delivery completion
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the marine industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholder
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel overseas as required
• Role requires travel to client sites; candidates should be able to commute efficiently
• Knowledge of marine navigation equipment is an advantage
• Experience handling ship owners, ship managers, or shipyards is beneficial
