[Office hours] Assistant Engineer F4.0 - North Area

About the Role

We are seeking an Engineer to support Factory 4.0 (F4.0) deployments and related projects within semiconductor manufacturing environments. The role involves hands-on engineering work, including installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for customers. Occasional overseas travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Factory 4.0 deployments and other engineering projects within semiconductor fabs in Singapore and overseas.
• Perform on-site installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of equipment and systems.
• Carry out troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical support and responsive customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Factory 4.0, automation, AI, or semiconductor environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Salary: Up to S$3,500 basic salary (commensurate with experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Annual Leave: 14 days, with 1 additional day per year of service (up to 21 days)
