operation Manager

Manage and oversee the daily operational activities of the company to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Develop, implement, and improve operational procedures, work processes, and performance standards.

Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, transport, and other operational resources.

Monitor operational performance and ensure that projects, services, and work assignments are completed on time and within budget.

Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate operational staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and quality of work.

Prepare work schedules, manpower deployment plans, and operational reports.

Coordinate closely with the Sales, Service, Project, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Administration departments.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors regarding operational requirements and service delivery.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and operational meetings to monitor work progress and address issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and statutory regulations.

Monitor operational costs, expenses, and resource utilisation to ensure cost-effective operations.

Identify operational risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or service disruptions.

Ensure all operational documents, reports, job sheets, work orders, and records are properly maintained.

Support Management in planning business operations, improving productivity, and achieving company targets.

Prepare and present regular reports to Management on operational performance, manpower, costs, project status, and key issues.

Handle customer concerns and operational complaints in coordination with the relevant departments.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
