Job Description & Requirements

1. Operations Management strategy & marketing oversight

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Overseas operations across production, logistics and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform and prepare strategic decisions.

2.    Leadership

• Show leadership, inspire and communicate. Fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
• Responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a team of employees to ensure high performance, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. Coach team members and support professional development.
• Build cross-functional collaboration between departments/teams.

3.    Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the region within global leadership discussions.
• Represent operations in board meetings and external reviews.

4.    Budgeting & ResourceAllocation

• Manage annual operational budgets
• Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions..

5.   Execution

• Monitor contract performance and client satisfaction, intervening when necessary.
• Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives during project lifecycles.
• Drive margin improvement through commercial optimization and risk mitigation.
