Order & Inventory Executive

Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.

• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.

• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.

• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.

Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.

• Familiarity with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
