Piping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Coordination:Directing and coordinating the work of piping personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Quality Control:Ensuring piping work meets quality standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating with QC personnel for necessary tests like hydro-testing.
• Safety Management:Enforcing safety regulations, conducting toolbox meetings, and ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Progress Monitoring:Tracking daily progress, identifying potential problems, and reporting to relevant parties like the Piping Lead Engineer or HOD.
• Material Management:Overseeing material procurement, ensuring correct materials are used, and managing material take-off (MTO).
• Documentation:Preparing reports on daily progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.
• Interpretation of Documents:Understanding and implementing drawings, specifications, and other relevant project documents.
• Communication and Collaboration:Effectively communicating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
