Planner

We’re looking to add a Planner in Singapore. The position will be based in our GES Site in Marsiling.

As a Planner, you will:

• Coordinate with inter-departments to ensure build plan are meeting customer’s demand.
• Release Work Order based on Customer's Purchase Order requirements.
• Drive clear to build to fulfil Work Order.
• Liaise with Purchasing to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Follow up on part shortages and kitting of materials to Production.
• Work with Production to complete build and close work order.
• Provide ship plan and ensure on time delivery.
• Attend conference call with customer to review forecast and material status.
• Manage inventory, excess and obsolescence to meet inventory days target.
• Review material allocation to support Production, Refurbishment and RMA.
• Work with Engineering and Quality on ECN/SCN and Deviations that affect production planning.
• Work with Purchasing to manage EOL parts and last time buy.
• Participate in Interplant Product Transfer activities.
• Support NPI Project to meet deliverable and timeline of the project schedule.
• Meet Management Goals and KPIs target

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Executive with related working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Service industry.

• Familiar with PCBAs and top-level assembly (TLA) processes
