Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Coordinate with project teams to assess risks, resource allocation, and critical path activities
Conduct site visits to verify progress and update schedules accordingly
Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and project milestones
Assist in claims management and delay analysis, if required
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial projects and have completed at least one project for entire project life cycle
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Earn Value Analysis), MS Project (with resource and cost loading), and other planning tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and risk management
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
