Plant & Machinery Engineer (Mechanical)

We are looking for Plant & Machinery Engineers for: Metal Shredder & Non–ferrous Separation / Metal Shear Plant/ Waste Wood-To-Energy Plant

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring highest possible production and uptime in the scrap processing or WTE plant.
• Responsible for plant production and reliability / perform root cause investigations to increase reliability and general performance of machinery & equipment.
• Target for incident free and reliable operations, including timely and proper maintenance of systems.
• Responsible for implementing Maintenance Excellence by aligning with Best Practices.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance activities are proactively planned, prepared and scheduled with the required level of equipment reliability.
• Liaison with production team and other stakeholders; manage on-going maintenance activities.
• Ensure plant & machinery documentation and Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures are constantly updated.
• Ensure technical, environmental and safety aspects in all matters are in compliance with the HSE regulations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable knowledge: hydraulic system, rotating parts, PLC systems, conveyor belts.

Working Hours:

• 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00am to 12:00pm (Saturday)
