Plating Engineer (Semiconductor/ Basic $4500)

• Basic: $3800 - $4500

• Mon – Fri: 7.45am – 5.45pm

• Location: Joo Koon - Lok Yang

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling and manufacturing operations.
• Establish process parameters to improve quality, stability, and productivity.
• Identify root causes of process, material, throughput, and quality issues.
• Implement solutions to improve output, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.
• Maintain work instructions, drawings, BOM, and product documentation.
• Drive productivity projects, including automation, tooling, and fixture improvements.
• Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement in product quality, yield, and technology.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with chemical handling.
• Experience in electroplating sector and exposure to Silver Spot plating will be an added advantage.
