Principal Associate / Associate Engineer( Integration Yield )

Job Responsibilities:

• Train yield technician and supervise 24/7 wafer-fab operator team
• Operate OM/SEM/EDX for inline failure analysis
• Operate defect inspection tools such as Bright field, Dark field.
• Create recipes for all defect inspection tool types (Bright field, Dark field).
• Ensure OOC lots are on hold for troubleshooting.
• Analyze in-line defect data from inspection and OM/SEM review tools.
• Troubleshoot and shutdown the affected process tools based on data analysis.
• Perform lot disposition for inspected lots.
• Support process modules, yield engineering, process integration group and TD group for inline defect support.
• Ensure quality work on wafer fab operators.
• WIP Control Management.
• Responsible for the review and classification of abnormal Lot.
• Use defect analysis software to prepare the defect OOS report
• Shutdown the affected process tools based on data analysis.
• Ensure queue hours of all inspection and OM/SEM tools are within target
• Ensure daily inspection supports Fab Smart Sampling smoothly

Job Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics/Microelectronics /Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in over 3 years of relevant Fab experience preferred
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
• An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
• Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
• Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
• Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry
• Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Prefer candidate with working experience in semiconductor industry, especially in Yield Defect Engineering module is desired.
• Prefer candidate with experience to create recipe for defect inspection tools (KLA23xx, AITx), operate the review station (OM/SEM).
