Probe Card Technician (Tai Seng)

Our client is seeking a motivated Probe card Technician to join their team in a permanent position. The role involves working under a microscope to handle and repair delicate, miniaturized electrical and mechanical components.

Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to learn, have steady hands, good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and a strong interest in precision work.

Salary: $2200 - $3000 (depend on qualifications and relevant working experience)

Work location: Tai Seng area

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri, No OT required)

What you'll be doing

• Perform task such as inspection, assembly, test, repair and handling of small electrical/mechanical components under the microscope

• Carry out precision tasks in a cleanroom environment

• Use tools such as tweezers, soldering tool, microscopes, and related precision instruments to complete the repair

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

• Work closely with team members to meet production and quality targets

What we're looking for:

• Singaporean

• Must have steady hands

• Direct probe card experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable candidates

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Precision Mechanics, or related fields

• Candidates with relevant hands-on experience are welcome

• Comfortable handling delicate, miniaturized components

• Exposure to or interest in using microscopes, tweezers, micro-soldering tools, and probe card analyzer equipment

• Willingness to learn and be trained on specialized equipment

• Excellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination while working under microscope

• High level of concentration, attention to detail and situation awareness to ensure product is repaired without incident.
