Senior/Equipment/Process Engineer

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Execute equipment maintenance activities to ensure optimal tool readiness and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and productivity.
• Analyze equipment performance, technical data, and maintenance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Sustain and continuously improve semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, productivity, and cost targets.
• Monitor and analyze process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other data analysis tools to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate process excursions, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term corrective and preventive actions.

The Talent:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fabrication
