Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate plant processes through data collection and analysis to drive safe, cost-effective production optimizations.
• Lead process troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to enhance operational reliability.
• Take an active role in project execution, including pre-commissioning equipment checks and start-up activities, with the potential to lead project teams.
• Champion Operational Excellence by developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and targeted training programs to upskill production team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
•  At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering and working in a chemical plant.
