Basic Salary: $3,500 – $5,000
Allowance:Fix $335 + 168 or 336 Shift

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and guide process engineers and technicians in daily production activities
• Support smooth and efficient production operations
• Work with internal teams to improve process flow and work procedures
• Check and update work instructions, process documents, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Use SAP system to update and track production / engineering records
• Follow up on engineering change requests and process changes
• Monitor production issues and support root cause analysis for process problems
• Assist in troubleshooting and recommend improvement actions
• Manage and update engineering change records and tracking list
• Provide training to production teams on work instructions
• Support new product introduction and mass production activities
• Join ISO and quality compliance activities

Requirements
• Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in relevant field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Process engineering experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge in SAP system, Bill of Materials, and root cause analysis
