Job Summary

Join a leading electronics manufacturing company and play a key role in driving process excellence, continuous improvement, and new product introduction (NPI). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support high-quality manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support process engineering activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Develop, review, and optimise production processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish process flows that meet operational and customer requirements.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring successful process implementation into production.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change (EC) activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare, review, and maintain production work instructions and process documentation.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and productivity enhancement projects.
• Analyse production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel on manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Support ISO compliance activities and maintain process documentation according to quality standards.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering within an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or contract manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing equipment or equipment engineering will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
