Are you a hands-on manufacturing or process operations engineer with strong experience supporting beverage or liquid food production environments across multiple plants?

We are partnering with a leading player in the Food Specialties and Functional Beverage sector to identify a technically strong operations professional who can support manufacturing performance, operational excellence, and process optimisation initiatives across their APAC co-manufacturing network.

The Role

This is a regional, field-facing operations role with broad exposure across manufacturing sites in APAC. You will work closely with co-manufacturing partners to support day-to-day operations, improve manufacturing performance, troubleshoot process-related challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.

The position will also play a key role in supporting new product introductions, process optimisation, operational readiness, and plant capability enhancement projects.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience within beverage, liquid food, dairy, nutritional, or aseptic food manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of liquid processing operations, production workflows, and manufacturing plant environments
• Experience supporting manufacturing performance improvement, troubleshooting, and plant optimisation initiatives
• Familiarity with low-acid beverage production, hygienic manufacturing environments, and food safety systems
• Exposure to process equipment, utilities, production coordination, or manufacturing engineering activities will be advantageous
• Background in Operations Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Technical Operations, or Plant Support roles
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality systems
• Ability to independently manage projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures
• Comfortable with regional travel across APAC
