We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first-line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate will support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist engineers in validating new equipment and manufacturing processes
Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor
Participating in cross-functional activities to improve operational performance
Assist in evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with local regulations
Support the development of technical capabilities across departments
Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and delivery
Maintain accurate records and compile reports as required
Collaborate with the broader engineering team to support operational goals
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field
Min 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering support role
Experience working in a production or factory environment

Shift Allowances:
12-hour Day Shift: Additional S$12 per shift
12-hour Night Shift: Additional S$24 per shift
Meal + Transport allowance: $16 per day
Work Location: Tampines
Rest Day: All Sundays are OFF!
Structured Working Hours
First 3 Months (Training): Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Subsequent Months: Weekly rotating day/night shifts (12-hour shifts: 8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)
Choose one of the 4-day shift pattern:
Team A: Monday to Thursday
Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
