Product & Technical Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven individual to manage assigned product portfolios and drive business growth through technical marketing, customer engagement, and new business development. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to identify opportunities, support design-in activities, and convert projects into revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing and new product lines to drive business expansion.
• Engage customers' engineering, R&D, and purchasing teams to identify new business opportunities and project requirements.
• Support design-in activities, new product introductions, and opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and internal sales teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, FAEs, and sales teams to develop customer projects and solutions.
• Manage selected local customer accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitive activities.
• Support quotation, pricing, forecasting, and inventory management activities.
• Track business opportunities, project pipelines, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare sales analysis, market updates, and business review reports.

Requirements:

• College graduate Preferred course: Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, technical marketing, product management, FAE, or the electronics industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and passion for business development are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in customer engagement, solution selling, and product development.
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers, engineering, R&D, purchasing, and business stakeholders.
• Willing and able to travel locally and overseas for customer visits, supplier meetings, technical training, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
