Product Development Engineer

EtaVolt Pte Ltd is a Singapore innovation-based technology company specializing in solar PV circular economy solutions, including solar panel recycling systems, AI-powered inspection technologies, regeneration solutions, and industrial automation systems.

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Product Development Engineer to support the organization in product development, technical-commercial initiatives, stakeholder engagement, branding, and market development activities.

The candidate will support the development and commercialization efforts of EtaVolt’s cleantech and sustainability solutions through technical coordination, product positioning, digital outreach, industry engagement, and strategic collaboration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product development and commercialization activities
• Assist in the development and positioning of EtaVolt’s recycling, AI inspection, and regeneration solutions
• Prepare technical-commercial presentations, product brochures, proposals, and supporting documentation
• Support product awareness and market outreach initiatives through digital platforms and marketing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, research partners, and stakeholders on product-related activities
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend studies related to renewable energy and circular economy sectors
• Assist in preparing investor materials, grant-related documentation, exhibition materials, and project references
• Support industry engagement activities including exhibitions, conventions, conferences, networking events, and business meetings
• Assist in branding and corporate communication initiatives to strengthen EtaVolt’s market presence
• Maintain project trackers, technical documentation, media materials, and product information records
• Support product testing coordination, demonstration activities, and technical communications where required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in sustainability, renewable energy, cleantech, and industrial technologies
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to understand and communicate technical concepts in a professional manner
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to use simple AI
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing, or presentation design tools is an advantage
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Willing to attend site visits, exhibitions, meetings, conventions, conferences, and occasional overseas travel when required, with flexibility in working hours to support business activities and operational requirements outside regular working hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Exposure to product development, technical coordination, digital outreach, or branding activities
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery, automation systems, AI technologies, or renewable energy solutions
• Experience in presentation preparation, content creation, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage
• Interest in circular economy, sustainability, or clean technology sectors
