Product Engineer (Test Development)***

Responsibilities:

• Final test yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement.
• Daily engineering debug activities.
• Documentation for product manufacturability.
• Using sound technical judgment to support lot-on-hold disposition.
• Produce yield and pareto reports per requirements.
• Facilitate testing and shipment of both NPI and Sustaining devices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
• 2 years of working experience Product Engineering team working with ATE Test patterns, flows, debug.
• Proficient with Adventest T2K or V93K, C++ programming and Python scripting.
