Job Summary

Support production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, assist in product assembly and testing, resolve production issues, and contribute to process optimization for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of production processes, workflows, and documentation to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency
• Assist in product assembly, calibration, testing, and quality control checks to ensure product reliability
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify, debug, and resolve production issues promptly
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, quality, safety, and throughput in manufacturing
• Support scalable manufacturing methods, production planning, ERP, QMS, and technical reporting activities to maintain operational standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fresh graduate or student from university, polytechnic, ITE, or junior college
• Familiarity with Linux, Python, C++, scripting tools, and LLM-assisted workflows to support technical tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps for data management and automation
• Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts such as FMEA, root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, and process improvement to support quality initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges
• Interest in manufacturing, production engineering, process development, and operations to engage effectively in role activities
• Willingness to work hands-on with product assembly, testing, and continuous improvement activities
