Production Executive

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Location: Penjuru
• Salary: $2800 - $3500

Job Summary

Play a key role in supporting production operations, process improvement, quality standards, workplace safety, and environmental compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output
• Support production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Work closely with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Sales, customers, and vendors
• Conduct toolbox meetings and coordinate operational activities across departments
• Support costing preparation, product cost updates, and OEM customer requirements
• Maintain accurate SAP transactions, production records, and operational reports
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing activities
• Manage waste handling, storage, disposal, and related documentation according to regulatory requirements
• Liaise with external contractors, waste collectors, and relevant authorities when required
• Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and reports
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems
• Perform other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or process environment preferred
• Knowledge of production planning and workflow coordination
• Familiar with SAP or ERP systems will be an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards preferred
