Production Management Senior Engineer (12hrs Rotating Shift)

YOUR ROLE 

You are responsible for running the shift: managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.

• Production Output - Meet production targets, linearity of WIP and maximize the capacity of equipment.
• Production Yield & Quality - Raise awareness and improve overall fab yield.
• Production Discipline & Manpower Allocation - Foster a highly disciplined and productive workforce.
• Improvement Activities - Building and nurturing a workforce that strives for continuous improvements.
• Workforce Discipline - To maintain a good audit prod and follow up.
• People Productivity - Resource management, manage multi-skills training.
• Production Planning - Achieve higher moves and turns as work progresses more rapidly. Maximize utilization of both manpower and equipment capacity.
• Human Resource Management - Develop a conducive working environment and progressive workforce.
• EHS - To achieve a safe, green and healthy environment.
• Cost - Adherence to cost reduction activities.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years experience in high‑volume manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics, or similar cleanroom/automated environment preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‑handling skills.
• Ability to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment (rotating shifts, weekends, nights).
