Production Planner (North, Up to $4800) #HCG

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production orders based on delivery timelines, product requirements, and machine capacity.
• Release manufacturing orders according to the production schedule.
• Monitor production progress and update schedules when needed.
• Follow up on rework activities related to non-conformance reports (NCR).
• Coordinate closely with production teams to resolve delays and backlogs.
• Plan inventory for imported finished goods supplied by regional affiliates.
• Manage inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-progress (WIP) to support timely delivery and inventory targets.
• Review and manage excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock to reduce waste.
• Process inventory write-offs based on management approval or NCR decisions.
• Review material requirements and adjust delivery schedules to meet production needs and inventory goals.
• Coordinate the supply of local materials to support production activities.
• Update Customer Service on stock availability and communicate any unexpected changes.
• Work with QC teams to ensure products are approved on time.
• Coordinate with QC, R&D, Purchasing, and Production teams on NCR matters involving raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
• Participate in Material Review Board discussions and follow up on required actions.
• Prepare and maintain procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support quality and financial audit activities.

• Assist with report preparation, ERP data entry, and system maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Operations.

Qualifications

• Min Degree holder with 1–3 years of experience in a batch manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MRP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
