Production Planning Controller (Tukang/ West SG)

Production Controller

Responsible for production planning, ERP data accuracy, and supply chain coordination to ensure on-time delivery, inventory optimisation, and effective resolution of operational constraints within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end planning for assigned products and components.
• Maintain accurate and timely ERP/MRP system data.
• Drive on-time delivery through effective production scheduling.
• Identify and resolve supply chain risks and delays.
• Monitor load and capacity constraints; propose mitigation actions.
• Optimise inventory levels while reducing delivery risks.
• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Support SIOP processes with reliable planning inputs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and planning standards.
• Analyse bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working at Tukang manufacturing plant.
• Degree or relevant qualification (e.g. APICS) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production planning or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Understanding of load and capacity planning concepts.
• Ability to manage delivery commitments under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Cross-functional knowledge (manufacturing, quality, procurement).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Good data analysis and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to digital/AI tools is an advantage.
