Production Supervisor

Asa Supervisor l, Production Management under the Compounding Team,you will be primarily responsible for leading team members to ensure efficienttask completion and adherence to processes. You will manage productionactivities, liaise with departments for scheduling, and drive continuousimprovement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes
• Manage production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources
• Leading in investigations, manage CAPA and change control
• Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions
• Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross functional groups for projects
• Assure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent
• Foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management, driving talent development, ensuring positive associate relations, enhancing engagement, recognizing achievements, and driving a strong safety culture
• Make day-to-day decisions affecting team members, directly impacting daily operations and team efficiency
• Ensure all associates adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum: Degree in any scientific or engineering related field

• Minimum: 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or equivalent industry including 2–3 years in a similar supervisory role.
• Able to work rotating shifts (8 hours currently , may move to a 12hours rotating shift pattern in the future)
