Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) - West

Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in industrial manufacturing solutions with a strong global presence across multiple industries. Due to ongoing business expansion, they are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their operations team. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and achievement of production targets.
• Supervise production personnel and coordinate manpower allocation to support operational requirements.
• Monitor production output, process efficiency, product quality, and downtime performance.
• Identify production constraints, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Coordinate new product transfer and production setup activities with relevant departments.
• Liaise with internal teams and external manufacturing partners on production schedules and operational updates.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and manufacturing compliance standards.
• Support maintenance coordination and follow-up on equipment-related issues affecting production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiar with SOP preparation and production reporting processes.
• Comfortable working in a permanent day shift arrangement on a 5-day work week.
