PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (DAY SHIFT)

Job Description:

• Setup and Operate production machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production machinery
• Maintain production machinery in good working condition
• Fulfill assigned production target within given deadline.
• Produce quality product within customer specifications.
• Work with cross functional departments to resolve safety, quality and process related issue and improvement.
• Manage the logistic for parts so as to sustain production line.
• Carry out housekeeping activities to ensure workstation and work environment is safe and clean.
• Support any assigned ad-hoc duties.
• Comply with all work instructions, and quality, environmental, health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Day Shift Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Shift Pattern: Work 3 days/ Rest 4 days/ Work 4 days/ Rest 3 days
• Work Environment: Cleanroom production area
• Cleanroom Work Attire: ESD cleanroom suit, shoe, and personal protective equipment
• Training Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

Qualification & Experience:

• ITE Nitec, Higher Nitec or Technical Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in using measuring equipment
• Experience in using tools for machinery maintenance and repair
• Experience in operating automated production machinery
