Production Technician (Fresh grads are welcome!)

ALG is currently hiring Production Technician to work for our client who is a renowned international company specializing in Weapons and Transportation Engineering. This role will be on a one-year contract with an extension or a permanent role, should you excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting up of machines.

• Maintain the setting of machines.

• Run production to produce required output.

• Carry out effectively in – process inspection.

• Carry out adjustment of tooling.

• Change of worn out tooling.

• Operate machinery and perform assembly work. 

• Label, packing, and palletizing. 

• Comply with safety procedures.

• Daily housekeeping.

• Regular lubrication of machines.

• Training of operators & new staff.

• Carry out recording, inspections, and documentation. 

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work on weekends (Saturday &/or Sunday if required).

• Open to multiple shift timings (if required).

• Comfortable working in a hot environment. 

• Able to work flexibly and rotate both plants when required to support operational needs.
