Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Professional Engineer, Electrical, registered with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for leading electrical engineering design, review, compliance, project coordination, and technical advisory work across relevant engineering projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong electrical engineering experience, good knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, and the ability to review, endorse, and guide project teams on technical and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review electrical engineering design, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.

• Provide professional engineering advice for electrical systems, installations, and project requirements.

• Ensure all electrical works comply with Singapore regulations, codes of practice, authority requirements, and project specifications.

• Review consultants’, contractors’, and vendors’ technical submissions.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and internal project teams.

• Attend technical meetings, site inspections, and project coordination discussions.

• Identify design, compliance, safety, and constructability issues and recommend practical solutions.

• Support testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities where required.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

• Endorse or support professional submissions where applicable, subject to registration and practising certificate status.

Requirements

• Registered Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore under the Electrical branch.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.

• Strong experience in electrical design, project review, compliance, and technical coordination.

• Good understanding of Singapore codes, authority submission requirements, and electrical safety standards.

• Experience in building services, infrastructure, industrial, M&E, power, or related engineering projects will be advantageous.

• Valid Practising Certificate preferred, especially for roles requiring endorsement or signing responsibility.

• EMA Electrical Engineer Licence will be an added advantage for relevant electrical power installation work.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and provide sound technical judgement.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with
• strong project ownership, authority submission experience, and signing exposure will be highly preferred.Senior candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered above the stated salary range.
