Program Manager

Basic information: 

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Basic UP $8000
• Location: Changi North
• Bonuses provided

Job Scope:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
• Serve as the primary liaison for project communications with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with established quality control procedures
• Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and providing financial updates to senior management
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports for the Sales Director and key stakeholders

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical sectors
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive interest in company solutions to support regional growth
• Self-driven, results-oriented, with strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
