Job Summary

Support project management by preparing detailed project documentation, coordinating tender and project progress, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality project completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including tender documents, contract documents, bills of quantities, and quotations to support project execution
• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on project tenders and ongoing project progress to assist the Project Manager in meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate project implementation and compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, inter-department teams, and project members to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
• Monitor project progress from pre-tender stage through to project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
• Use CAD/CAM software to draft and illustrate project designs, including creating three-dimensional (3D) LOD 400 / 500 Revit format documentation to meet tender and project documentation standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience
• Expertise in cost management, scheduling, and budget adherence
• Proficient in interpreting design drawings and project documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high adaptability
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
