Project Controls Engineer-Cost/Scheduler-GMP/Pharma

We are currently looking for a Project Controls-Planner/Scheduler to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and schedule performance against approved baselines.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and earned value management (EVM) metrics.
• Identify schedule and cost risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support recovery planning activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV teams to ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Generate weekly and monthly project controls reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support change management processes, including impact assessments for scope, cost, and schedule changes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and project governance requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
