Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant site experience are welcome
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision & Coordination
   Take charge of project execution on site, ensuring works are carried out according to schedule and specifications
   Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth project progression
2. Site Testing & Quality Control
   Conduct and supervise various site tests (e.g., concrete, soil, waterproofing) to ensure compliance with specifications
   Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project
3. Facade Inspection & Assessment
   Perform inspections and assessments of façade works, ensuring safety, alignment, and regulatory compliance
   Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and coordinate necessary rectification works
4. Technical Support
   Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
   Resolve site issues and provide timely technical solutions
5. Documentation & Reporting
   Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates
   Ensure proper documentation for testing, inspections, and approvals
6. Safety & Compliance
   Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations
   Conduct safety briefings and monitor site safety conditions
7. Stakeholder Coordination
   Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and project updates
   Attend coordination meetings and ensure effective communication across all parties
