Project Engineer

1) Rich hands-on engineering experience

2) Extensive overseas project experience; willing to travel and accept occasional 1–2 months overseas assignments

3) Strong overall large-scale project management capability

4) Excellent communication skills

5) Hardworking and able to quickly adapt to any new work environment

6) Face difficulties head-on, never retreat, never give up, relentless

7) Fluent in English

8) Chemical / E&I / Mechancial background preferred

9) On-site execution agility: hands-on experience in site supervision, material take-offs, RFI handling, and subcontractor coordination. Comfortable with extended hours during commissioning.

10) Technical documentation: proficient in P&ID / GA reviews, equipment datasheets, progress tracking (Gantt, S-curves), and punch list closure. Basic AutoCAD knowledge a plus.

Startup support mindset:

 willing to assist in operator training, pre-commissioning checks, troubleshooting field deviations, and daily progress reporting without finger-pointing.
