Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple EPC project packages within large-scale water treatment projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, quality, and technical requirements.
• Develop project execution strategies, manage risks, and oversee contract administration with clients, consultants, partners, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage project financial forecasts, monitor margins, and ensure commercial performance of assigned projects.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams while ensuring compliance with QHSE and ISO standards.
• Utilize SAP and ProjEx systems for project controls, reporting, performance tracking, and lessons learned (REX) implementation.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing EPC projects within Water Technologies, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, or Industrial Utilities.
• Proven experience independently managing project packages, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial and contract management knowledge.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience using SAP ERP and project management systems.
