1. Activity and resource planning for site
2. Organizing and motivating a project team at site
3. Controlling time management for site
4. Cost estimating and developing the budget for site project
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction
6. Analyzing and managing project risk
7. Planning and monitoring progress of the project
8. Managing reports and necessary documentation
9. Designing and applying appropriate project management standards
10. Managing the production of the required deliverables
11. Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required
12. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
13. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
14. Applying change control and configuration management processes for the site project

Requirement:

• Experiences in Singapore Process Plant.
