Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses primarily on on-site engineering activities, supporting both project implementation and post-deployment service for integrated building and security systems.

You will work on enterprise-scale Smart Building and Integrated Security projects, gaining hands-on experience with technologies including CCTV, AccessControl, Networking, IoT, and integrated building systems. Beyond project delivery, you will also have opportunities to explore how emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence(AI), are transforming modern engineering and smart building solutions through practical application in real-world projects.

Through structured on-the-job training ,mentorship, and exposure to innovative technologies, you will continuously develop your technical capabilities and build the skills required to become a modern engineer equipped for the next generation of intelligent building and digital infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Service Support

1. Perform on-site installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of integrated electronic and security systems.

2. Support project implementation from planning through system handover.

3. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

4. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, system upgrades, and technical support.

5. Prepare technical documentation, testing reports, and as-built documentation.

Pre-SalesTechnicalSupport

1. Support technical site surveys, solution discussions, and project feasibility assessments.

2. Assist in preparing technical documentation and clarifications during the pre-sales stage when required.

ProductValidation&ContinuousImprovement

1. Support product testing, technical validation, and evaluation of new technologies within project scope.

2. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality, deployment efficiency, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or are lated discipline.

2. Relevant experience in on-site implementation, commissioning, or maintenance of electronic or ELV systems.

3. Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies is preferred:

-CCTV Systems

-Access Control Systems

-Networking(TCP/IP,Switches,Routers,VLANs)

-Intrusion Alarm Systems

-Video Intercom Systems

-Building Management or Smart Building Systems

-Basic understanding of Windows Server and net working concepts will be an advantage.

-Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to continuously learn and embrace new technologies.

-Interest in expanding technical capabilities through hands-on experience with enterprise solutions and AI-enabled engineering tools.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in ateam.

-Willing to travel to project sites within Singapore when required.
