Job Description

• Position Title: Project Engineer (Marine & Offshore)
• Working Location: Pioneer Sector 1
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth execution of marine and offshore projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and help manage schedules to improve project timelines and resource use.
• Oversee procurement to ensure materials and services are acquired on time, staying within budget and maintaining quality.
• Monitor project progress regularly, identify and address issues early to prevent delays and risks.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing clear updates on project status to all stakeholders.
• Work with the Project Manager to align project execution with strategic goals and operational standards.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of the Oil & Gas and Marine industries.
• At least 3 years of experience managing projects in the marine, offshore, oil, and gas sectors.
