Project Executive (Manufacturing Operations / NPI)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production and operational support.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project timelines, scope, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to drive project success.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring project requirements and expectations are met.
• Prepare and manage project quotations, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, project budgets and financial tracking.
• Support project revenue, profitability and commercial objectives while ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Manage customer contracts, project changes, deliverables and overall project commitments.
• Investigate project issues, identify risks and coordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare project reports, presentations and management updates.
• Support product transfer, engineering changes and manufacturing readiness for new product launches.

Requirements

• Singaporean only
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management or program management experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing (CM) or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers or manufacturing projects.
• Good understanding of costing, quotations, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and project financial management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and willing to support occasional on-call duties, including weekends, when required.
